The brief

As Marketing Consultant and Customer Service Trainer to support the company’s launch of the German language e-commerce website.

The project

To deliver German language coaching, translations, copy-writing, editing, quality assurance and market research to the in-house departments including: IT, Web Development, Product and Merchandise, Customer Services and Marketing during the development and  implementation stages of the e-commerce website rollout.

The outcome
