New Home & New Host for Ludlow Jelly

by Marina Ibrahim, bizz buzz on 06/04/2012

Starting on 1st May I will be the new host of Ludlow Jelly which will have its new home Ludlow Assembly Rooms. Succeeding from former successful Jelly host Michaela Hardwick (Beyond Expectation). I am delighted to be taking Ludlow Jelly to a new home in the heart of Ludlow.

“I am committed to continued success of this fantastic a casual monthly co-working event, where homeworkers, freelancers, small business owners and office based people can get together with their laptops to have a change from their usual working environment, meet some new people and work together in a social environment.”

What is Jelly?
Jelly is a mixture of work, chat, sharing ideas, helping others with business issues, passing on tips and even collaborating on the birth of a new project. Jelly is NOT networking – the aim is not to meet new clients, pitch your business or try to sell – anyone blatantly doing this will NOT be popular – there are plenty of excellent Shropshire networking groups you can go to. Jelly was started in the States and is now increasingly popular in the UK with over 50 active co-working groups already.

With the move of Ludlow Jelly bizz buzz is supporting the Assembly Rooms in its mission Open for Business by taking the business community to play a vital role in engaging successfully with the arts and the community centre. This will certainly create a lively buzz in Ludlow.

So if you ever feel isolated in your home office/work office and want to meet some other like-minded people in a different work environment, then JELLY is for you. It’s free so jump on in and give it a try!
